- Look up your address on the FCC National Broadband Map20 min
Open the FCC National Broadband Map in a browser and search your full street address. Click the pin that lands on your home to open the location panel, which lists every provider that reports service there.
Read each row in the panel: the provider name, the technology (Fiber, Cable, DSL, Satellite, Fixed Wireless), and the maximum advertised download and upload speeds. Note the Location ID shown in the panel as well — the challenge form will ask for it.
Write down every claimed service exactly as shown. Keep this note; it becomes the baseline you compare your real ordering ability against.
