    Start with who will own the stores for years — Apple Developer Program and Google Play Console both ask for Individual or Organization. The choice controls the public seller name, required documents, and what EU buyers see.

    • Individual: you publish as a person. Fastest, but legal name and contact can become public in the EU if you are a trader.
    • Organization: you publish as a legal entity. Needs a D-U-N-S Number registered to that exact entity, which Apple states is available free of charge, plus organization documents and longer review.
