Weeks 1–2: Take the Baseline and Audit the Record

The whole program is judged against this card, so build it before anything else. Open a note or spreadsheet and write ten rows: documents, resume, federal readiness, network, interviews, target clarity, clearance, education decision, finances, separation paperwork.
Give every row two written anchors: one sentence describing what a 1 looks like and one describing a 5 — “resume 5” means three tailored versions with clean scanner reports, not “feels ready.” Then score each row honestly for today and date the card.
Put the time on the calendar too: two recurring 90-minute holds each week, both titled Transition Session, on days your duty schedule actually protects.
Keep the scored card untouched until the final month, which re-scores these exact rows with these exact definitions — resist any urge to soften the wording mid-program.
