Seven Days at Walt Disney World: Booked Right, Walked Right, Without Overpaying

  1. Choose the seven-night window against the official calendar

Open the official Walt Disney World Hours and Events Calendar and check every date in your shortlist, not just the first day. Look for separately ticketed events that close a park early for day guests — Magic Kingdom After Hours Jan 12–Jul 27, Hollywood Studios Jan 14–Sep 12, EPCOT Jan 22–Sep 24 and Typhoon Lagoon Jun 2–Sep 5 in the currently published 2026 window — plus any Mickey’s party night that ends regular hours around 6pm. A standard ticket does not cover those events, and dates are highly changeable so verify for your exact week.

Then pencil park assignments only on full-hour dates. Note heat and afternoon storm pattern for that month, and keep the week together so the 7 nights fit in one booking session later.
