Price your software and reach the first $1,000 MRR

    Pull the numbers from the same source you bill from, not from memory. Open Stripe Dashboard → Payments → Subscriptions → Export, or Paddle → Revenue → Subscriptions, or Lemon Squeezy → Orders, or your billing tool’s subscriptions report. Filter for status = Active and trialling paid, then capture:

    • MRR shown on the dashboard today — subscriptions only
    • Count of paying customers — subscriptions, not seats or users
    • Every public price and tier exactly as on your pricing page — name, monthly price, annual price if shown, and what is included
    • Last 30 days: customers churned, subscriptions cancelled, and invoices with status Failed or Past due

    Record the date and the source file or URL for each line so the final block can repeat the same pull.
