- What exactly do I get when I buy?
- Your own copy of the full playbook, with its instructions, resources, and any tools the creator included. Your answers, uploaded files, and progress stay with your copy as you work through it.
- Can I see what's inside before paying?
- Yes. Selected steps are available as a preview, including their instructions and tool layouts. Preview inputs are read-only; start your own copy to fill them in and save your work.
- Web or mobile?
- Both. Your answers and progress sync across web and the mobile app, so you can pick up where you left off.
- What if there's no playbook for my problem?
- Request one. Tell us what you're trying to do and we route it to creators — you'll be notified when a matching playbook is published.
- What if I get stuck on a step?
- Every playbook has a community. Ask the creator and other buyers right on the step you're stuck on — and see what worked for people who've already done it.
- Can I change a playbook to fit my situation?
- Yes. Any playbook you hold can be turned into your own private copy — add steps, remove the ones that don't apply, rewrite anything. The copy is yours alone and can't be published or shared. The trade-off: it stops receiving the author's updates, so the original stays in your library too.
- How do free playbooks work?
- Free playbooks are yours to keep, exactly like a paid one — full method, updates, community. You can unlock 3 free playbooks per month, so pick the ones you'll actually work through. Paid playbooks have no limit.
