Who it's for
Owners of local service businesses — trades, home services, and professional practices — whose phone stopped ringing after a listing suspension, a move, or a competitor's rise, and who are being quoted $500 to $2,000 a month retainers for work this program does once, plus a review habit.
About this playbook
This six-week program gets a local business into Google's map pack and, when a listing has been suspended, back online with a reinstatement appeal Google accepts. You start with an honest audit of your listing, NAP consistency, and the competitors who outrank you, then complete the profile fields that actually influence local results. A dedicated phase covers the suspension causes and the evidence packet for the reinstatement form. Later weeks make citations and website assets consistent, start a review-generation routine that stays inside Google's guidelines, and close the gaps your competitors rely on. It does not cover paid ads, website design from scratch, or link building beyond citations. What remains after the program is a monthly maintenance checklist, not a monthly retainer.

You have the Google account that owns or should own the listing, the business's legal name, address, phone, license or registration, and a recent utility bill, a website or the ability to publish a page on one, and a business email and phone for verification.
